Vista la diligencia que antecede, mediante la cual la ciudadana Y.M.S.G., titular de la cédula de identidad Nro V- 10.825.927, en su carácter de progenitora de los adolescentes --------, debidamente asistida por la abogada L.D.N., Defensora Pública Décima Segunda (12° ) Suplente, mediante la cual solicita se le haga entrega de cheque a su nombre, por la suma de TRES MILLONES TRESCIENTOS CUARENTA MIL BOLIVARES SIN CENTIMOS (Bs. 3.340.000,00) B.F= 3.240,00, con el objeto de adquirir una computadora para sus hijos, para lo cual consignó presupuesto emitido por la Empresa KRONOS COMPUTER C.A., esta Sala de Juicio VII de conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 103 de la Constitución de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela, que expresa: “…Toda persona tiene derecho a una educación integral de calidad, permanente ….”; autoriza a la ciudadana Y.M.S.G., titular de la cédula de identidad Nro V- 10.825.927, a retirar de la cuenta de ahorro N° 0003-0081-11-0100381600, la suma requerida, para lo cual se ordena oficiar a la Oficina de Control y Consignaciones, a fin de que proceda a realizar el trámite correspondiente, a fin de que la prenombrada ciudadana adquiera la Computadora a nombre de sus hijos. CUMPLASE.
