Z.W. Inversiones, C.A. interpone demanda por nulidad de contrato de compra venta e indemnización de daños y perjuicios materiales y morales contra la República Bolivariana de Venezuela, el Fondo de Garantía de Depósitos y Protección Bancaria (FOGADE), la Superintendencia de Bancos y otras Instituciones Financieras (SUDEBAN).
Se emitió pronunciamiento respecto de las pruebas promovidas por el Fondo de Protección Social de los Depósitos Bancarios (FOGADE). Se ordenó notificar a la Procuraduría General de la República, de conformidad con el artículo 98 del Decreto con Rango, Valor y Fuerza de Ley Orgánica de la Procuraduría General de la República.
