Por recibida la anterior Solicitud de DIVORCIO 185-A, interpuesta por los ciudadanos R.A.B.D.V. y DAVIDI ANTONIO VARGAS LOPEZ, venezolanos, titulares de las cédulas de identidad N°.15.706.625 y V-14.189.792, respectivamente, y de este domicilio, asistidos por la Abogada en ejercicio ELIXABEL HERNANDEZ, inscrito en el Inpreabogado bajo el N° 106.371. Désele entrada. Este Tribunal se abstiene de admitir la presente solicitud por cuanto no cumple con el 351 parágrafo primero de la Ley Orgánica de Protección del Niño y del Adolescente.- Se conceden tres (03) días para suministrar los datos señalados, conforme al artículo 459 de la Ley Orgánica de Protección del Niño y del Adolescente.
