Revisada como ha sido la presente Causa seguida al Ciudadano L.A.C., titular de la Cédula de Identidad Nº V.-9.674.365 y en virtud de que en fecha 10 de Marzo del 2006 le fue librada Orden de Aprehensión bajo los Nº 007 y 008 por el Delito de Ultraje al Pudor y por cuanto en la presente fecha no se ha hecho efectiva la Captura del Acusado de autos; se Ordena RATIFICAR la misma y Librar Oficios respectivos a la Fiscalia del Ministerio Público y al Cuerpo de Investigaciones Científicas, Penales y Criminalisticas y Copia Certificada de las Ordenes de Aprehensión .
