Por recibida la anterior demanda de DIVORCIO, incoada por los Abogados GAITAN PEREZ y F.C.R., inscritos en el Inpreabogado bajo los Nros. 24.862 y 26.726, en sus caracteres de Apoderado Judiciales del ciudadano J.R.C., venezolano, mayor de edad, titular de la cédula de identidad N° 2.798.359, de este domicilio, en contra del ciudadano S.J.H.P.. Désele entrada. Este Tribunal se abstiene de admitir la presente demanda por cuanto no cumple con el 455 literal "e" de la Ley Orgánica de Protección del Niño y del Adolescente.- Se conceden tres (03) días para suministrar los datos señalados, conforme al artículo 459 de la Ley Orgánica de Protección del Niño y del Adolescente. Cúmplase.
