Por recibida la anterior Solicitud de DIVORCIO 185-A, interpuesta por los ciudadanos A.J.P.T. y H.B. MARRERO URBINA, venezolanos, titulares de las cédulas de identidad N° 8.802.118 y 11.409.984, respectivamente, y de este domicilio, asistidos por el Abogado en ejercicio V.A., inscrito en el Inpreabogado bajo el N° 98.261. Désele entrada. Este Tribunal se abstiene de admitir la presente solicitud por cuanto no cumple con el 351 parágrafo primero de la Ley Orgánica de Protección del Niño y del Adolescente.- Se conceden tres (03) días para suministrar los datos señalados, conforme al artículo 459 de la Ley Orgánica de Protección del Niño y del Adolescente. Cúmplase.
