JUZGADO SEGUNDO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA EN LO CIVIL, MERCANTIL Y DEL TRANSITO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO MIRANDA. Los Teques, veintidós (22) de julio de dos mil cuatro (2004).-
194° y 145°
Recibida del sistema de distribución de causas, el presente escrito de Separación de Cuerpos, formuladas por los ciudadanos J.A.R.A. y R.M.H.D.R., venezolanos, mayores de edad, titulares de las Cédulas de Identidad Nros. V-3.409.956 y V- 4.854.636, respectivamente, debidamente asistidos por el abogado QUIJADA CORASPE ARNELL, inscrita en el Inpreabogado bajo los N° 77.611; y por cuanto el Tribunal excitó a los cónyuges a la reconciliación y esta no fue lograda de conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 189 del Código Civil en concordancia con el artículo 762 del Código de Procedimiento Civil se DECRETA LA SEPARACIÓN DE CUERPOS Y BIENES, de los cónyuges en los propios términos expuestos por ellos. Notifíquese mediante Boleta al Representante del Ministerio Público, a fin de que actúe en el procedimiento como parte de buena fe de conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 196 del Código Civil. Expídase por Secretaría copias certificadas de la solicitud y del presente auto a fin de anexarla a la boleta de Notificación. Certificaciones que se hacen de conformidad con lo establecido en los artículos 111 y 112 del Código de Procedimiento Civil y el artículo 1° de la ley de Sellos. Cúmplase.-
