VISTOS: En fecha 14/11/2012, los ciudadanos: R.H.O.S. y D.D.R., titulares de las cédulas de identidad Nros. 11.431.590 y 25.147.894, respectivamente., la segunda de ellos anteriormente con cédula de identidad N° E-81.982.232 y naturalizada según Gaceta Oficial de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela N° 5819, ambos mayores de edad, civilmente hábiles y de este domicilio, asistidos por la Abogada en ejercicio A.T., inscrita en el I. P. S. A. bajo el N° 92.133; presentaron solicitud de divorcio, con fundamento en el artículo 185-A del Código Civil es decir, ruptura prolongada de la vida en común por más de cinco años. Admitida la solicitud se ordenó la citación de la Fiscal del Ministerio Público, la cual se citó en fecha 14/12/2012. En fecha 11/03/2012, la Fiscal del Ministerio Público en materia de familia presentó escrito sin objeciones a la solicitud. Para decidir, el Tribunal, observa: UNICO: Por cuanto los cónyuges están contestes en afirmar que han permanecidos separados de hecho por más de cinco años y habiéndose cumplido con las formalidades establecidas por Ley, la misma debe ser declarada con lugar.
