En este sentido, establece el artículo N° 2 de la Constitución de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela lo siguiente: "Venezuela se constituye en un Estado democrático y social, de Derecho y Justicia, que propugna como valores superiores de su ordenamiento jurídico y su actuación, la vida, la libertad, la justicia, la igualdad, la solidaridad, la democracia, la responsabilidad social y en general la preeminencia de los Derechos Humanos, la ética y el pluralismo político". Probado como han sido los hechos alegados y vista la obviedad del error denunciado que no amerita la tramitación de un juicio de rectificación del acta de nacimiento éste Tribunal de conformidad con los Artículos 773 y 774 del Código de Procedimiento civil, ordena en forma SUMARIA a la Oficina de Registro Principal del Estado Monagas, Registro Civil del Estado Monagas y C.N.E., comisión de Registro Civil y Electoral Monagas, Municipio Maturín se sirvan estampar la respectiva nota margina e.....
