Resumen:Se dictó SENTENCIA INTERLOCUTORIA, mediante la cual se declaró SIN LUGAR el recurso de apelación interpuesto en fecha 12 de junio de 2012, por el abogado P.M., contra el auto dictado en fecha 08 de junio de 2012, por el Juzgado Primero de Primera Instancia en lo Civil, Mercantil y del T.d.E.L., en el procedimiento incidental de tacha seguido por el ciudadano J.A.R.F., actuando en nombre y representación de la empresa Abitare Construcciones, C.A., contra el ciudadano D.J.V.. Quedó asi CONFIRMADO el auto apelado. Se condenó en costas a la parte apelante.
