Resumen:DISPOSITIVA Por los razonamientos antes expuestos, esta Sala Accidental de la Corte de Apelaciones del Circuito Judicial Penal del estado Cojedes, actuando en sede Constitucional, Administrando Justicia en Nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela y por Autoridad de la Ley DECLARA: INADMISIBLE la acción de amparo interpuesta por los ciudadanos M.Á.L.U. y J.A.F.A., Imputados debidamente asistidos por el Abogado F.A.T.S., en contra del Juzgado Tercero de Primera Instancia en funciones de Control de este Circuito Judicial Penal, de conformidad con lo establecido en el citado artículo 6 numeral 1 de la Ley Orgánica de Amparo sobre Derechos y Garantías Constitucionales.
