En horas del día de hoy tres (03) de octubre de 2011, siendo las dos post meridiem (2:00) hora fijada para que tenga lugar el acto de distribución del día de hoy, y presentes como se encuentran en la Sala de Audiencias de éste Juzgado Superior, la Secretaria Temporal ABG. M.A. LONGART V. y la Alguacil Titular R.M.. Se deja constancia que en el día de hoy no se efectuó acto de distribución diaria de causas a los Juzgado Superiores en lo Civil, Mercantil y del Tránsito de la Circunscripción Judicial del Area Metropolitana de Caracas, ello en virtud de que por Decreto dictado por el Juez Temporal Dr. L.A.P.G. en fecha 30 de septiembre de 2.011, y por permiso concedido por la Rectoría Civil del Area Metropolitana de Caracas, no habrá despacho los días Lunes03 y Martes 04 de Octubre de 2.011 y por lo tanto no habrá distribución de expedientes y será reanudado dicho proceso de distribución el día siguiente hábil, y que según el último acto de insaculación de fecha 29/09/2011, vertido en el acta N° 2693, levantada por este tribunal, el último expediente se le asignó al Juzgado SUPERIOR DECIMO EN LO CIVIL, MERCANTIL, DEL TRANSITO Y BANCARIO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCION JUDICIAL DEL AREA METROPOLITANA DE CARACAS, comenzando en consecuencia en el JUZGADO SUPERIOR PRIMERO EN LO CIVIL, MERCANTIL, DEL TRANSITO Y BANCARIO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCION JUDICIAL DEL AREA METROPOLITANA DE CARACAS.
