En horas de despacho del día de hoy diecisiete (17) de noviembre de 2011, siendo las dos post meridiem (2:00 pm) hora fijada para que tenga lugar el acto de distribución del día de hoy y presentes como se encuentran en la Sala de Audiencias de éste Juzgado Superior la Secretaria Temporal ABG. M.A. LONGART V., quien de conformidad con el primer aparte del artículo 5 de la Resolución No. 160 del 6 de marzo de 1.995, emanada del extinto Consejo de la Judicatura y la Alguacil Titular R.M., procede a presidir el acto del sorteo de causas ingresadas en el día de hoy.
