En horas de despacho del día de hoy veintiocho (28)de noviembre de 2011, siendo las dos post meridiem (2:00 pm) hora fijada para que tenga lugar el acto de distribución del día de hoy y presentes como se encuentran en la Sala de Audiencias de éste Juzgado Superior la Jueza Titular a cargo de éste Tribunal DRA.
