En horas de despacho del día de hoy, dieciseis (16) de enero de 2012, siendo las dos post meridiem (2:00 P.M.), hora fijada para que tenga lugar el acto de distribución del día de hoy, y presentes como se encuentran en la Sala de Audiencias de éste Juzgado Superior, la Juez Titular a cargo de éste Tribunal, Dra.
