En horas del día de hoy, diecinueve (19) de enero de 2012, siendo las dos post meridiem (2:00 P.M.), hora fijada para que tenga lugar el acto de distribución del día de hoy, y presentes como se encuentran en la Sala de Audiencias de éste Juzgado Superior, la Juez Titular a cargo de éste Tribunal, Dra. R.D.S.G., la Secretaria, ABG. A.J. MATA LÓPEZ, la Alguacil Titular, R.M.. Se deja constancia que en el día de hoy no se efectuó el acto de distribución diaria de causas a los Juzgados Superiores en lo Civil, Mercantil y del Tránsito de la Circunscripción Judicial del Área Metropolitana de Caracas, ello en virtud de que dentro del horario acordado para distribuir no ingresaron asuntos.
Se deja constancia que tal como se indicó en el acta No. 2758 de fecha 18/01/2012, la siguiente distribución comenzará por el Tribunal SUPERIOR QUINTO EN LO CIVIL, MERCANTIL Y DEL TRÁNSITO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ÁREA METROPOLITANA DE CARACAS.
