Visto el anterior libelo de ACCIÓN MERO DECLARATIVA presentada por el ciudadano J.L.A., Venezolano, mayor de edad y titular de la cedula de identidad Nº V-16.829.008, en su carácter de apoderado del ciudadano E.A.D., venezolano, mayor de edad y titular de la cedula de identidad Nº V- este Tribunal la DECLARA INADMISIBLE conforme al Articulo Nº 94 del Reglamento de Ley de T.T. el cual señala expresamente, “ Las personas interesadas en registrar un vehiculo usado que no haya sido inscrito en el Registro Nacional de Vehículos por el propietario anterior o no aparezcan los documentos del mismo, deberán dirigir solicitud por escrito al organismo competente con los siguientes datos;
