Resumen:Por los fundamentos expuestos, este JUZGADO SUPERIOR EN LO CIVIL Y CONTENCIOSO ADMINISTRATIVO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO ZULIA, administrando justicia en nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela y por Autoridad de la Ley, DECLARA: CONSUMADA LA PERENCIÓN, y en consecuencia, EXTINGUIDA LA INSTANCIA en el presente juicio por COBRO DE BOLIVARES incoado por la ALCALDIA DEL MUNICIPIO INDIGENA BOLIVARIANO GUAJIRA DEL ESTADO ZULIA antes MUNICIPIO PAEZ DEL ESTADO ZULIA contra la Sociedad Mercantil COOPERATIVA VIGILANCIA Y SERVICIO EL RABITO RS y contra la Sociedad Mercantil PROSEGUROS S.A.
