Resumen:En fuerza de las anteriores consideraciones, este Juzgado Superior Civil, Mercantil, Bancario y del T.d.P.C.J.d.E.P., administrando Justicia, en Nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela y por Autoridad de la Ley, declara Parcialmente con lugar la demanda de Cumplimiento de contrato de Venta con Pacto de Retracto convencional incoada por el ciudadano A.A.P.J.c.l.c.J.L.P.J. y M.G.D.P., ambos identificados, en consecuencia: 1) Que al no haber ejercido la parte demandada el rescate del inmueble en forma oportuna, por consiguiente, la parte actora adquirió de manera irrevocable la propiedad legitima del inmueble que le fue vendido por la parte demandada ubicado en la Vía La Recta de Mesa de Cavacas, hoy Barrio E.Z., Municipio Guanare del Estado Portuguesa, y los demás inmuebles que son objetos de vivienda principal en atención al documento autenticado por.....
