JUZGADO SEGUNDO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA EN LO CIVIL, MERCANTIL Y DEL TRANSITO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCION JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO MIRANDA. Los Teques, catorce (14) de febrero del dos mil seis (2006).-

---Vista las actuaciones que anteceden, especialmente el documento de propiedad debidamente protocolizado por ante la Oficina Subalterna de Registro de los Municipios Autónomos Páez, A.B. y P.G.d.E.M., bajo el N° 13, folios 63 y 67, protocolo 1°, tomo 1, Tercer Trimestre del año en curso, de fecha 06 de julio de 1995. Este Tribunal sin perjuicio de terceros de igual o mejor derecho y de conformidad con lo establecido en el Artículo 937 del Código de Procedimiento Civil, declara dichas actuaciones TITULO SUPLETORIO SUFICIENTE DE PROPIEDAD a favor del ciudadano A.D., venezolano, mayor de edad y titular de la cédula de identidad N° V-14.786.887. Sobre las bienhechurías cuyos linderos, medidas y demás determinaciones constan suficientemente identificados en la solicitud que encabeza las presentes actuaciones, se ordena la devolución de la misma, previa constancia en el Libro Diario llevado por este Tribunal.
