Visto que constan en autos las notificaciones de Ley, este Juzgado de Sustanciación dando cumplimiento con lo ordenado en auto dictado en fecha 09 de noviembre de 2011 de conformidad con lo previsto en los artículos 186 y 189 de la Ley Orgánica del Tribunal Supremo de Justicia, acuerda librar cartel de emplazamiento a los interesados, el cual deberá ser publicado en el diario “Últimas Noticias” y para ello dispondrá la parte recurrente de un plazo de siete (07) días de despacho a fin de retirar, publicar y consignar el mismo, con la advertencia que si la parte recurrente incumpliera con esta carga, se declarará la perención de la instancia y se ordenará el archivo del expediente. Agréguese copia del cartel a los autos.

SE HACE SABER:
A todos los interesados en el recurso contencioso electoral interpuesto por los ciudadanos ANALYA C.B.V., J.R.C. y M.S.A., titulares de la cédula de identidad número 3.240.612, 429.072 y 4.380.762, respectivamente, asistidos por los abogados Zolange G.C., M.C. y J.M.Z., inscritos en el Inpreabogado bajo el número 28.564, 11.946 y 1.385, respectivamente, contra el C.N.E., por abstenerse de convocar y celebrar el proceso comicial mediante el cual deben ser electos los miembros de los concejos municipales y juntas parroquiales, cuyos períodos se encuentran vencidos desde el mes de agosto de 2009; dichos interesados deberán comparecer por ante este Supremo Tribunal, dentro de los cinco (05) días de despacho siguientes al vencimiento del plazo para retirar, publicar y consignar el presente cartel, a fin de consignar sus alegatos relacionados con el recurso ejercido. Vencido ese lapso se abrirá un período de cinco (05) días de despacho para que promuevan las pruebas que consideren pertinentes, todo ello de conformidad con lo establecido en los artículos 189 y 190 de la Ley Orgánica del Tribunal Supremo de Justicia.
