Vista la diligencia presentada el 25 de mayo 2010, por los Abogados A.D.C.M. y R.R.H.N., cédulas de identidad N°s: V-10.636.932 y V-4.874.473, e inscritos en el Inpreabogado Nºs. 94.978 y 101.510, respectivamente, actuando con el carácter de Apoderados Judiciales de la parte querellante, mediante la cual desiste del procedimiento de la querella funcionarial interpuesta contra el Instituto Autónomo de la Policía Bolivariana del estado Cojedes (IAPBEC), adscrito a la Gobernación del estado Cojedes, este Juzgador observa que el desistimiento no es contrario al orden público, a la moral, buenas costumbres ni disposición expresa de la ley que impida su homologación, en razón de lo cual este Juzgado impartiendo justicia en nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela y por autoridad de la ley declara Homologado el desistimiento realizado por la parte querellante. Archívese el expediente.
