---Vista las actuaciones que anteceden, especialmente de la Autorización emanada de la Sindicatura de la Alcaldía del Municipio Carrizal del Estado Miranda. Este Tribunal sin perjuicio de terceros de igual o mejor derecho y de conformidad con lo establecido en el Artículo 937 del Código de Procedimiento Civil, declara dichas actuaciones TITULO SUPLETORIO SUFICIENTE DE PROPIEDAD a favor del ciudadano A.G.., venezolano, mayor de edad, titular de la cédula de identidad Nº V-616.787. Sobre las bienhechurías cuyos linderos, medidas y demás determinaciones constan suficientemente identificados en la solicitud que encabeza las presentes actuaciones, se ordena la devolución de la misma, previa constancia en el Libro Diario llevado por este Tribunal.-
