En fecha veintidós (22) de A.d.A.M.N.N. y Nueve (1999), se admitió la demanda cuanto ha lugar en derecho, donde la ciudadana ARABEY CARABALLO PEREZ, venezolano, mayor de edad, Casada, Abogada, titular de la cédula de identidad número V-5.177.322, domiciliado en jurisdicción del Municipio Cabimas del Estado Zulia; Demanda a la FIRMA UNIPERSONAL LA F.D.C.C.; Por “COBRO DE BOLIVARES”. Este Tribunal de las revisiones de las actas que conforma el presente Expediente, evidencia que la última actuación es la del VEINTITRES (23) DE MAYO DEL AÑO DOS MIL UNO (2001) que hasta la presente fecha VEINTIUNO (21) DE JUNIO DEL PRESENTE AÑO 2006, se considera que con la aplicación del ARTICULO 267 DEL CÓDIGO DE PROCEDIMIENTO CIVIL, en virtud de no haberse ejecutado ningún acto de Procedimiento por las partes, debe considerarse PERIMIDA LA INSTANCIA EN ESTA CAUSA.- ASÍ SE DECIDE.-Por los fundamentos expuestos, este TRIBUNAL ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPUBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y CON LA APLICACIÓN DEL ARTICULO 267 DEL CÓDIGO DE PROCEDIMIENTO CIVIL, DECLARA PERIMIDA LA INSTANCIA, en el juicio de “ COBRO DE BOLIVARES (INTIMACION)” sigue ARABEY CARABALLO PEREZ contra FIRMA UNIPERSONAL LA F.D.C.C., Expediente signado con el N° 3952.-No hay condenatoria en Costas conforme al Artículo 283 del citado Código de Procedimiento Civil.-
