Revisadas las actas procesales que conforman la presente causa, de Divorcio Contencioso, incoada por el ciudadano C.R., en contra de la ciudadana Jessye Guzmán, y visto e el auto de fecha 01/10/2009, donde se ordenó la adecuación del escrito libelar y se le otorgó al accionante de conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 459 de la Ley Orgánica para la Protección del Niño y del Adolescente, un plazo perentorio de tres (3) días de despacho, para que el mismo diera cumplimiento a los requisitos establecidos en el artículo 455 ejusdem; este Tribunal observa que transcurrió el lapso preclusivo establecido en el artículo 459 de la Ley que rige esta materia, sin que el demandante diera cumplimiento a lo ordenado por esta Sala de Juicio. En consecuencia, este Despacho Judicial, a cargo de la Juez Unipersonal Nro. 11 del Circuito Judicial del Tribunal de Protección de Niños, Niñas y Adolescentes de la Circunscripción Judicial del Área Metropolitana de Caracas y Nacional de Adopción Internacional, declara INADMISIBLE la presente demanda de Divorcio. Así se decide.-
