JUZGADO PRIMERO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA EN LO CIVIL, MERCANTIL Y DEL TRÁNSITO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO MIRANDA.

Vista la anterior solicitud de SEPARACIÓN DE CUERPOS Y DE BIENES, presentada por los ciudadanos J.C.A.R. y Z.C.V.B., mayores de edad, venezolanos, titulares de las cédulas de identidad Nos. V-12.160.140 y V-12.618.810, respectivamente, asistidos por la abogada K.A., inscrita en el Inpreabogado bajo el Nº 60.569, así como los recaudos acompañados. El Tribunal instó a los cónyuges a la reconciliación y ésta no fue lograda, por lo que de conformidad con los Artículos 189 y 190 del Código Civil y 762 del Código de Procedimiento Civil, y administrando Justicia en nombre de la República y por autoridad de la Ley, DECRETA la separación de cuerpos y de bienes de dichos cónyuges en los propios términos expuestos. Expídase por Secretaría las copias certificadas solicitadas con inserción en las mismas del presente auto. Todo de conformidad con lo establecido en los artículos 111 y 112 del Código de Procedimiento Civil. Déjese constancia.-
