Motivo: Ejecución de Hipoteca.
Quien suscribe luego de analizada las actas del expediente observa:
Que en fecha 01 de Agosto del 2008, se admitió formal demanda de Ejecución de Hipoteca, presentada en fecha 23 de Julio del 2008, por el abogado M.A.C.M., en su carácter de apoderado judicial de Bancoro C.A., Banco Universal Regional, contra Deulin Faneite Arguello, asimismo se puede evidenciar en la presente causa, que desde el día 11 de Noviembre del 2008, fecha en que se libró Cartel de citación al demandado y desde esa fecha, la parte actora, no le ha conferido el correspondiente impulso procesal para así continuar con el curso de la presente causa, es por lo que de conformidad con el artículo 267 ordinal 1° del Código de Procedimiento Civil, se DECLARA LA PERENCIÓN BREVE DE INSTANCIA EN LA PRESENTE CAUSA. ASI SE DECIDE. Asimismo se ordena oficiar a la Oficina Inmobiliaria de Registro del Municipio Colina del Estado Falcón, a los fines de que se sirva suspender la Medida de Prohibición de Enajenar y Gravar.
