JUZGADO SEGUNDO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA EN LO CIVIL, MERCANTIL, AGRARIO, TRANSITO Y BANCARIO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO CARABOBO.-

Por cuanto de la revisión de la presente causa se observa que no se ha cumplido con una de las formalidades señaladas en el artículo 223 del Código de Procedimiento Civil, este Tribunal a los fines de procurar la estabilidad en el juicio, corrigiendo las faltas que puedan anular actos procesales posteriores, acuerda declarar la nulidad de todo lo actuado desde el folio 33 hasta el folio 58 ambos inclusive, y ordena reponer la causa al estado de dar cumplimiento a lo dispuesto en el referido artículo 223 eiusdem; y en tal sentido se deja con todos sus efectos la publicación de los Carteles librados, y se insta a la parte demandante a proveer el medio de transporte para que la Secretaria fije cartel en la morada de la parte demandada.
