Practíquese por Secretaría el cómputo de los días hábiles transcurridos desde el día QUINCE (15) DE MAYO DE 2006, fecha en la cual se celebró la Audiencia Preliminar, en la causa signada bajo el N° 3719-04, seguida en contra de los ciudadanos J.L. CASIQUE TORRES Y G.E.R.V., hasta el día VEINTIDÓS (22) DE MAYO DE 2006, fecha en la cual los ciudadanos DRES. J.C. SUBERO SALAZAR y M.J.B.V., Abogados en ejercicio e inscritos en el Inpreabogado bajo los números 57.587 Y 33.166, respectivamente, en sus carácter de Defensores de los ciudadanos J.L. CASIQUE TORRES Y G.E.R.V., interpusieron RECURSO DE APELACIÓN, en contra de la decisión dictada por este Tribunal en la Audiencia Preliminar celebrada en fecha QUINCE (15) DE MAYO DE 2006 y déjese constancia en el expediente.
