Se levantó acta a la 01:30 p.m. de Embargo Ejecutivo Decretado por el Juzgado Segundo del Municipio Iribarren de la Circunscripción Judicial del Estado Lara, intentado por C.J.B.R. contra H.E.B.C. y contra la Agencia Publicitaria H.B Diseño Compañia Anonima. Se constituyó este Juzgado en la Urbanización El Parque Barquisimeto Estado Lara. Acompañados de la Abogada D.A. apoderada de la parte actora. Una vez en el sitio se hicieron los toques de Ley no siendo atendidos por persona alguna. La parte actora señaló para embargar el Inmueble donde se encuentra constituido el Tribunal distinguido como el Pent House (P.H.) del edificio el Parque. El Perito lo avaluó en Bs. 2.500.000,00. El Tribunal en Nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela y por autoridad de la Ley declaró Ejecutivamente Embargado el inmueble distinguido como el Pent House (PH) del Edificio el Parque, lo desposesionó jurídicamente y se designó Depositario y se dejó notificación. Se embargó hasta cubrir la suma de Bs. 329.475,00. Se acordó librar oficio al Registro. Se cerró el acta a las 02:30 p.m.-
