Visto el Desistimiento de la acción y del procedimiento, de fecha 23/01/2.008, suscrito por la abogada Y.S., Inpreabogado N° 62.225, en su carácter de Apoderada Judicial de la Firma Mercantil COLCHONES MINA ESPUMA C.A., parte actora en el presente juicio de COBRO DE BOLIVARES, contra la Firma Unipersonal ALMACÉN Y MUEBLES FUNU, representada por el ciudadano BASSAM AL-KHOURI, mayor de edad, venezolano, titular de la cédula de identidad N° 12.183.423, domiciliado en el Estado Falcón; este JUZGADO SEGUNDO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA EN LO CIVIL, MERCANTIL Y TRANSITO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO LARA, ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPUBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY, LE IMPARTE LA CORRESPONDIENTE HOMOLOGACIÓN, y así se establece. Téngase el mismo como sentencia pasada con autoridad de cosa juzgada. Se acuerda la devolución de los originales solicitados, al ciudadano BASSAM AL-KHOURI, ya identificado. Déjese en autos copia certificada de los mismos.
