CAUSA N° 1E48/99.-
COMPUTO DE EJECUCIÓN DE LA PENA
Visto lo ordenado en el auto anterior y procediendo de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 482 del Código Orgánico Procesal Penal, este Tribunal procede a efectuar nuevo Cómputo de la Pena al Penado: W.D.J.L.O., venezolano, mayor de edad, con cédula de identidad No. V- 12.637.204, nacido en Zaraza, Estado Guárico, hijo de J.L. y E.O..
Condenado por el delito de: Transporte y Posesión de Estupefacientes, previsto y sancionado en el artículo 34 de la Ley Orgánica Sobre Sustancias Estupefacientes y Psicotrópicas, por el Tribunal de Transición del Circuito Penal No. 08 de esta Circunscripción Judicial y el Tribunal de Control de esta Circuito y Extensión, en fechas 12-07-1.999 y 12-07-2.001.
PENA IMPUESTA: 06 años de prisión, mas accesorias.
DETENIDO DESDE: 26-02-1.997 a 04-05-1.998, 21-05-1.998 a 27-07-1.999 y desde 03-06-2.001.
PENA CUMPLIDA: cuatro (04) años, diez (10) meses, once (11) días.
PENA POR CUMPLIR: Un (01) año, un (01) mes, diecinueve (19) días.
FECHA EN QUE CUMPLE LA PENA PRINCIPAL: 23 de enero de 2.005, fecha en que también cumple la Accesoria de Inhabilitación Política.
FECHA EN QUE CUMPLE LA ACCESORIA DE SUJECIÓN A LA VIGILANCIA DE LA AUTORIDAD: 05 de abril de 2.006, que consiste en que el penado, debe dar cuenta a los Prefectos de los Municipios donde resida o por donde transite, de su salida y llegada a estos, de conformidad con el Artículo 22 del Código Penal.
FECHA EN QUE CUMPLE ¾ PARTES DE LA PENA PARA SOLICITAR CONFINAMIENTO: 23 de julio de 2.003.
Notifíquese del presente cómputo al Fiscal del Ministerio Público, al penado y a su Defensor, para que en el lapso de cinco días hábiles después de notificados, concurran al tribunal a solicitar cualquier modificación del presente cómputo.
