Vista la anterior diligencia de fecha 30-06-2006, suscrita por el abogado en ejercicio de su profesión J.Z.T., inscrito en el Inpreabogado bajo el N° 21.145, parte actora, mediante la cual DESISTE de la presente demanda que por INTIMACIÓN DE HONORARIOS PROFESIONALES EXTRAJUDICIALES, sigue contra el CONDOMINIO DE COPROPIETARIOS DEL EDIFICIO CONJUNTO RESIDENCIAL TURISTICO EL GENOVÉS, domiciliada en la Avenida Terranova, con calle San Rafael de la ciudad de Porlamar, Municipio M.d.E.N.E., cuyo documento de condominio fue Protocolizado por ante la Oficina Subalterna de Registro Público del Distrito M.d.E.N.E., el 05 de abril de 1991, bajo el N° 47, folios 236 al 261, Tomo Primero, del Segundo Trimestre de 1991, en las personas de los miembros integrantes de la JUNTA DE CONDOMINIO, ciudadanos E.R. GUAINA MENDOZA, C.L. y S.D.B., venezolanos, mayores de edad, de este domicilio y titulares de las cédulas de identidad Nros. V-5.222.021, V-4.277.206 y V-4.445968, respectivamente, este Tribunal de conformidad con lo establecido en los artículos 263 y siguientes del Código de Procedimiento Civil, imparte su homologación en razón de que el mismo no es contrario a derecho y versa sobre derechos disponibles.- Se da por terminado el Juicio y se ordena el archivo del presente expediente.-
