Mediante auto de fecha: 19 de Julio de 2004. -observa este Juzgador que desde el dìa: 27-03-2003. , no hay más actuaciones, y como ha transcurrido más de UN (1) año sin haberse ejecutado ningún acto de Procedimiento por las partes, y con fundamento en el artículo 267 del Còdigo de Procedimiento Civil, prospera la PERENCION DE LA INSTANCIA Y ASI SE DECIDE.
Por las razones expuestas, este Juzgado Segundo del Municipio Miranda de la Circunscripción Judicial del Estado Falcòn, conforme a las disposiciones del Artìculo 267 del Còdigo de Procedimiento Civil, Imparte Justicia en Nombre de la REPÙBLICA Y POR Autoridad de la Ley DECLARA: EXTINGUIDA LA INSTANCIA en el presente Expediente signado con el Nº: 0583, contentivo de la demanda por COBRO DE BOLIVARES. -Propuesta por el abogado:-DEULIN FANEITE. Plenamente identificado en autos. y ASI SE DECIDE .
Conforme lo establecido en el Artìculo 283 del Còdigo de Procedimiento Civil no hay condenación en costas.
