¿Qué establece la Resolución Nro. 2023-0044?
Esta resolución, dictada y aprobada por la Sala Plena del Tribunal Supremo de Justicia en fecha 6 de diciembre de 2023, establece la se creación de seis (6) Juzgados en el Circuito Judicial Civil, Mercantil y del Tránsito del Área Metropolitana de Caracas.
¿Cuáles son los Juzgados creados?
En primer lugar, ordenó la creación y organización del Juzgado Superior Décimo Cuarto (14°) en lo Civil, Mercantil y Tránsito de la Circunscripción Judicial del Área Metropolitana de Caracas.
- En segundo lugar, ordenó la creación de los Tribunales Décimo Séptimo (17°), Décimo Octavo (18°), Décimo Noveno (19°), Vigésimo (20°) y Vigésimo Primero (21°) de Primera Instancia en lo Civil, Mercantil y Tránsito de la Circunscripción Judicial del Área Metropolitana de Caracas.
¿Cuál será la sede física de estos nuevos tribunales?
Con respecto a la sede física donde serán ubicados estos nuevos tribunales, no se establece en dicha resolución. Sin embargo, en su artículo 3°, se especifica que, la Dirección Ejecutiva de la Magistratura (DEM), será la encargada de proporcionar la infraestructura, mobiliario y talento humano necesario para el funcionamiento de los mismos.
