En el día de hoy, OCHO (08) de Junio de 2005, siendo las 03:00 horas de la tarde, se constituyó este Tribunal Primero de Control del Circuito Judicial Penal del Estado Apure, a los fines de celebrar la Audiencia Preliminar de conformidad a lo establecido en el artículo 327 del Código Orgánico Procesal Penal. Seguidamente la ciudadana Juez da inicio al acto, solicita de la secretaria verificar la presencia de las partes, quien informa que se encuentra presente solo el FISCAL DEL MINISTERIO PÚBLICO DR. FRANCISCO VIVAS, MAS NO ASÍ LA IMPUTADA Y SU DEFENSA. Seguidamente la ciudadana Juez expone “ Anunciado por el Alguacil el acto a las puertas del luego de haber sido agotado el tiempo de espera, este Tribunal Vista la incomparecencia de las partes antes mencionadas acuerda diferir la presente audiencia para el día 4 de Julio de 2005 a las 9:30 AM. Notifíquese a los ausentes. Es todo termino se leyó y conforme firman.
