Hoy 29 de julio del 2009, siendo las 10:30 AM, día y hora fijado para que tenga lugar la Audiencia Preliminar, es anunciada la misma por el Alguacil J.L.T.; quien señala que la parte actora ciudadano DAVIXSON D.C.S., venezolano, mayor de edad y titular de la cedula de identidad Nº 19.727.840, no compareció, ni por si ni por medio de representante legal alguno, haciendo acto de presencia la Procuradora del Trabajo abogada AVIANNY GARCIA, inscrito en el Inpreabogado bajo el Nº 108.918. Por la demandada Firma Unipersonal AUTOLAVADO LA MANDARRIA, su apoderado abogado C.V. inscrito en el Inpreabogado bajo el Nº 21.739. Por lo que de conformidad con lo previsto en el artículo 130 de la Ley Orgánica Procesal del Trabajo, este Juzgado Séptimo de Primera Instancia de Sustanciación, Mediación y Ejecución, en nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela y por autoridad de la Ley declara DESISTIDO el procedimiento y terminado el proceso. Publíquese y Regístrese la presente Decisión. Años 199° Y 150°. Se elaboran cuatro (04) ejemplares de un mismo tenor y al mismo efecto.
