Resumen:En mérito de las razones expuestas, esta Sala Tercera de la Corte de Apelaciones del Circuito Judicial Penal del estado Zulia, Administrando Justicia en nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela y por Autoridad de la Ley, Declara: PRIMERO: SIN LUGAR el recurso de apelación presentado por la profesional del derecho K.M., Defensora Pública Primera Penal Ordinario e Indígena, actuando en su carácter de defensora de la ciudadana T.D.C.M.M.. SEGUNDO: CONFIRMA la decisión No. 0318-2016, de fecha 07 de marzo de 2016, dictada por el Juzgado Primero de Primera Instancia en Funciones de Control del Circuito Judicial Penal del estado Zulia, Extensión Villa del Rosario, mediante la cual, en la audiencia de presentación de imputados entre otros pronunciamientos, decretó: PRIMERO: Declaró la aprehensión en flagrancia de los imputados D.R.D.V. y T.D.C.M.M., de conformidad con lo previsto en el artículo 234 del Có.....
