Resumen:Esta Jurisdiscente, Administrando justicia en nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela y por autoridad de la ley decide: Primero: Se declara Con lugar la demanda de Colocación Provisional, de la niña Se omite nombres de conformidad con el articulo 65 Lopnna, en familia Sustituta, en el hogar de los ciudadanos F.M.C.R. y J.C.S., titulares de la cédula de identidad Nros. V-5.020.763 y V-8.303.676, respectivamente, residenciados en Conjunto Residencial, Los Ilustres, Edificio 6, Piso 3, apartamento 03-02, San C.d.E.C.; para lo cual deberán cumplir con las obligaciones inherentes a la Responsabilidad de Crianza, prevista en el artículo 358 y siguientes de la Ley Orgánica para la Protección de Niños, Niñas y Adolescentes. Así se decide. Segundo: Se establece a favor de la progenitora G.M.L. y demás familiares un Régimen de Convivencia Familiar con la niña, abierto para la madre, hermanos y demás familiares, en los términ.....
