JUZGADO PRIMERO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA EN LO CIVIL, MERCANTIL Y DEL TRÁNSITO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO MIRANDA. Los Teques, seis (06) de Julio de dos mil cinco. (2005)-.
195º y 146º
Vista la anterior SEPARACIÓN DE CUERPOS Y DE BIENES, presentada por los ciudadanos A.D.D.J. y E.Y.D.T., venezolanos, mayores de edad, de este domicilio y titulares de las cédulas de identidad Nros. V-11.033.824 y V-11.747.295, respectivamente, debidamente asistido el primero por el abogado F.J.L.G. y la segunda por el abogado R.S.B., inscritos en el inpreabogado bajo los nros. 40.315 y 7.873 respectivamente, así como el recaudo acompañado. El Tribunal instó a los cónyuges a la reconciliación y ésta no fue lograda, por lo que de conformidad con los Artículos 189 y 190 del Código Civil y 762 del Código de Procedimiento Civil, y administrando Justicia en nombre de la República y por autoridad de la Ley, DECRETA la separación de cuerpos y de bienes de dichos cónyuges en los propios términos expuestos. Expídase por Secretaría las copias certificadas solicitadas con inserción en las mismas del presente auto. Se autoriza suficientemente a la Ciudadana Y.D., para que elabore los fotostatos y firme la certificación en cada una de sus páginas de conformidad con los Artículos 111 y 112 del Código de Procedimiento Civil. Asimismo se Exhorta a los solicitantes a consignar copia certificada del acta de matrimonio.
