Practíquese por Secretaría el cómputo de los cuarenta (40) días para formalizar en este juicio, incluyendo el término de la distancia, a partir del día siguiente al último de los diez (10) días de despacho que se dan para el anuncio del recurso de casación, tomando en cuenta el periodo correspondiente a las vacaciones judiciales, conforme en lo previsto en los articulos 315 y 201 del Código de Procedimiento Civil.
