Ejecutivo decreta determinadas exoneraciones del pago del IVA, del Impuesto de Importación y de la Tasa de Determinación del Régimen Aduanero

A través de este Decreto se han reunido en un solo instrumento jurídico los códigos arancelarios que, a partir de ahora, gozarán de la exoneración, habiendo sido suprimido el beneficio para 5.239 ítems que se encontraban incluidos en la Resolución Conjunta dictada por los Ministerios del Poder Popular de Industria y Producción Nacional, de Economía y Finanzas, para la Agricultura Productiva y Tierras, para la Pesca y la Acuicultura, para la Alimentación, para la Salud, de Petróleo y para el Comercio Exterior e Inversión Internacional, publicada en la Gaceta No. 6.393 Extraordinario de fecha 14 de agosto de 2018 y en el Decreto No. 3.834, publicado en Gaceta Oficial No. 6.454 Extraordinario de fecha 29 de abril de 2019, los cuales quedaron derogados por el Decreto que se comenta.
