Vistas y analizadas las actas procesales que conforman la presente causa, específicamente el escrito presentado en fecha 28 de abril del 2007, por la ciudadana E.R.G.M., venezolana, mayor de edad, de este domicilio, y titular de la cédula de identidad número V-14.992.218, debidamente asistida por el abogado A.H., Defensor Público Centésimo Segundo para el Sistema de Protección del Niño y del Adolescente, así como el auto que antecede donde se ordena la corrección de la demanda y se le otorga al accionante de conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 459 de la Ley Orgánica para la Protección del Niño y del Adolescente, un plazo de tres días, para que la misma indicara los medios probatorios, y además señalara el nombre, apellido y domicilio de los testigos promovidos, así como la indicación de los hechos sobre los que cada testigo va a declarar, tal y como lo establece los literales “d” y “e”, del artículo 455 ejusdem,
