A.A.M.G., Fiscal Provisorio en la Fiscalía Décima Primera del Ministerio Publico de la Circunscripción Judicial del estado Trujillo, en la causa seguida al Penado E.A.A., ejercido en contra del auto de fecha 13-02-2015, por el Tribunal de Ejecución Nº 2 de este Circuito Judicial Penal, que acordó el trámite en libertad de los requisitos para el otorgamiento de la Suspensión Condicional de la Ejecución de la Pena.. SEGUNDO: Se Confirma la decisión recurrida. Notifíquese a las partes. Remítase al Tribunal de origen.
