TRIBUNAL TERCERO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA EN LO CIVIL, MERCANTIL Y DEL TRANSITO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCION JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO MIRANDA. OCUMARE, Diez (10) de Marzo de dos mil cuatro (2004).-

---Vistas las actuaciones que anteceden, este Tribunal sin perjuicio de terceros de igual o mejor derecho y de conformidad con lo establecido en el Articulo 937 del Código de Procedimiento Civil, declaran dichas actuaciones TITULO SUPLETORIO SUFICIENTE DE PROPIEDAD, a favor del ciudadano, E.D., Venezolano, mayor de edad, titular de la Cédula de Identidad Nº V- 259.967, Sobre unas bienhechurías construidas sobre una casa y terreno de su propiedad, ubicados en la Primera Etapa de la Urbanización Lecumberry Manzana “D” N° D-142, Municipio Urdaneta, Cúa, del Estado Miranda, cuyos linderos, medidas y demás determinaciones constan suficientemente en la solicitud que encabeza las presentes actuaciones. Se ordena la devolución de las presentes actuaciones a la parte solicitante, previa constancia en el Libro diario llevado por éste Tribunal.-
