Decreto N° 8.170, mediante el cual se exonera del pago del Impuesto al Valor Agregado, en los términos y condiciones previstos en este Decreto, a las operaciones de importaciones definitivas de los bienes muebles corporales, señalados en artículo 1° del presente Decreto, realizadas por las personas jurídicas públicas y privadas, en el marco del Convenio de Cooperación en el Área de Vivienda celebrado entre la República Bolivariana de Venezuela y la República Oriental del Uruguay.
