DESPACHO DE MEDIDA N° 4975
En horas de Despacho del día de hoy ocho (08) de Junio de dos mil diez (2.010), siendo las diez y cuarenta y cinco minutos de la mañana, se traslado y constituyó el JUZGADO PRIMERO EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS DE LOS MUNICIPIOS CABIMAS, S.R., S.B., LAGUNILLAS, VALMORE RODRIGUEZ, MIRANDA Y BARALT DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCION JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO ZULIA, con sede en Cabimas, en la sede de la COOPERATIVA FRANCISCA, RS, ubicada en la avenida 34 con calle Vargas, Urbanización E.L.C., en Ciudad Ojeda del Municipio Lagunillas del Estado Zulia, acompañado por la abogada en ejercicio S.A., inscrita en el INPREABOGADO bajo el N° 12128, en su condición de Apoderada Judicial de la parte actora, a objeto de proceder a ejecutar la MEDIDA DE EMBARGO PREVENTIVO decretada por el JUZGADO DEL MUNICIPIO LAGUNILLAS DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCION JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO ZULIA, en juicio de COBRO DE BOLIVARES (PROCEDIMIENTO POR INTIMACION), seguido por la Firma unipersonal “INVERSIONES JOSE” en contra de la COOPERATIVA FRANCISCA, RS. Seguidamente el tribunal procede a notificar del objeto de su traslado y constitución en el lugar, a la ciudadana M.A.J.D.G., titular de la cedula de identidad N° V-16.586.040, en su condición de Coordinadora SIAHO en la COOPERATIVA FRANCISCA, RS, parte demandada, asistida en este acto por la abogada en ejercicio YOANNY J.M.L., inscrita en el INPREABOGADO bajo el N° 105.349, expuso: En nombre de mi representada, a los fines de dar por terminado el presente proceso ofrezco cancelar a la parte demandante la cantidad de DIECIOCHO MIL CIENTO TREINTA BOLIVARES CON DIEZ CENTIMOS DE BOLIVARES ( Bs 18.130,10 ), que corresponde a la obligación reclamada, mediante cheque signado con el N° 00004812, de la cuenta cliente N° 01080944450100009245, a favor del ciudadano J.D. PERDOMO GIL, en contra del Banco Provincial, por la cantidad antes mencionada, de fecha 08 de Junio de 2010. En este estado presente la apoderada judicial de la parte actora, antes identificada, expuso. Acepto en nombre de mi representado el pago realizado por la representante de la parte demandada, por lo que con esta cancelación no queda a deber nada la parte demandada a mi representado por ningún concepto.
