Resumen:DISPOSITIVA Oídas las exposiciones de las partes este Tribunal de Primera Instancia en Funciones de Ejecución de esta Sección de Responsabilidad Penal del Adolescente, en nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela y por autoridad de la ley: PRIMERO: Decreta el CESE de la sanciones impuestas en fecha 27-11-2014 al entonces adolescente (omitido), por la comisión del delito de Tráfico Ilícito de Drogas en la modalidad de Ocultamiento para su distribución, previsto en el artículo en el artículo 149 de la Ley Orgánica De Drogas, en perjuicio del Estado venezolano, que consistían en las sanciones de reglas de conducta y libertad asistida, previstas en los artículos 624 y 626 e la Ley Orgánica para la Protección de Niños, Niñas y Adolescentes, ello en virtud de haberse satisfecho su cumplimiento por el tiempo impuesto, cesación que se pronuncia en conformidad con lo establecido en los artículos 645 y 647 literal "h" de la Ley Especial, en consecuencia su situación jurídic.....
