Resumen:DISPOSITIVA Por todos los fundamentos ampliamente expresados, este Tribunal Primero de Primera Instancia en lo Penal en funciones de Control del Sistema Penal de Responsabilidad del Adolescente, extensión Acarigua, en nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela y por Autoridad de la Ley, administrando Justicia en su nombre, dicta los siguientes pronunciamientos: PRIMERO: Declara flagrante la aprehensión de la que ha sido objeto el adolescente IDENTIDAD OMITIDA, ya identificados, conforme a lo previsto en el artículo 234 del Código Orgánico Procesal Penal, en relación con lo establecido en el artículo 557 de la Ley Orgánica para la Protección de Niños, Niñas y Adolescentes. SEGUNDO: Se acuerda continuar la investigación bajo los parámetros del procedimiento ordinario. TERCERO: Se acoge la precalificación jurídica dada por el Ministerio Público, consistente en la comisión de los delitos de ROBO AGRAVADO, previsto en el artículo 458 del Código Penal cometido en perjuicio de la c.....
