DISPOSITIVA: Por las razones precedentemente expuestas, este Tribunal de Control Nº 1, del Circuito Judicial Penal del Estado Portuguesa Extensión Acarigua, Sección Adolescentes, en nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela y por Autoridad de la Ley, dicta los siguientes pronunciamientos: PRIMERO: Se declara la aprehensión del imputado adolescente IDENTIDAD OMITIDA, ya identificado; como Flagrante de conformidad a lo establecido en el artículo 242, del Código Orgánico Procesal Penal aplicado supletoriamente en virtud de la remisión expresa establecida en el artículo 537, de la Ley Orgánica Para la Protección de Niños, Niñas y Adolescente. SEGUNDO: Se precalifica el delito como ULTRAJE A FUNCIONARIO PUBLICO, establecido en el artículo 223, del Código Penal en perjuicio del ESTADO VENEZOLANO. TERCERO: Se declara con lugar la continuación del Procedimiento Ordinario de conformidad con el artículo 557, de la Ley Orgánica Para la Protección de Niños, Niñas y Adolescente......
